Earlier today we brought you the story of the little Pomeranian dog who was locked in a car in 80 degree heat in California while its owner was spending the day at Six Flag Amusement Park. As if leaving your dog in the car while you are at an amusement park is not bad enough she also didn’t respond to a park wide PA announcement that her dog had to be rescued and was now awaiting her in the park kennel. She went crying to reporters about how bad the park is for loosing her dog and put up a few posters. If Park Staff did not see the Pomeranian which is a Spitz type breed and originating in cold climates the poor dog would have died a horrible death. But instead of spending a few days to try and find her missing dog she left the state to go back home to Michigan. Where she has been outraged at all the hate calls and emails she has received. Really? Did you think you would get sympathy for leaving your dog in a car while you were at an amusement park? Yes the park should have taken more care but their policy clearly states no dogs are allowed in cars no matter the season or for any reason and they will be removed.
She could have easily stopped at a Pet Supply store I am sure they have them in California if she had any intention of bringing the dog in the park with her in the first place since they were able to stop on the way in order to get water to leave the dog in the car. The lady is only remorseful the dog went missing and not that she could have killed it by leaving it in the car. She takes no responsibility for that part at all. But she wants everyone to know that she sent the people who found her dog $200 which means she will not be able to get a new designer bag for her birthday. No she isn’t flying back to California to be reunited with her dog the dog is still in the care of other people who now have to take the little Pomeranian to the vet for a health certificate in order to fly and then from what I can tell will be put on a plane by herself meaning shipped via cargo so the dog is everyone’s responsibility but the owners.
Maybe its time the authorities stopped this fiasco and took the dog and fined the owner who clearly is more upset about not getting a new designer bag for her birthday then the fact she almost killed her dog.
A complete idiot! She can afford the blond hair dye and the nail talons and the designer dog carrier but can’t afford nor care enough to take the dog to what if I am reading correctly is a free kennel to keep the dog safe? Lower than dirt in my opinion. BTW without the bad bleach job she looks very similar to the person who abused Patrick the Pit bull.
This stupid idiot shouldn’t be allowed to have the dog back or have any other pet as far as that goes! This is blatant irresponsibility and abuse of the worst kind.
