Cat Found Alive Weeks After Tornado

Judy Pugh, whose home was destroyed by the tornadoes that swept through Tuscaloosa, Alabama on April 27 invited her local television station back to her home to see the devastation. In the middle of telling the reporter her story of her survival and that of two of her three cats something amazing happened. Pugh was telling the reporter about how much she missed her third cat Cadie, whom she hadn’t been able to find for three weeks, when the cat walked right up to her during the interview.

“I have everything I want now. I have all three cats,” she said with a giant smile on her face as Cadie was purring in her arms. She looked completely content surrounded by the ruble that was once her home. Her little family is reunited and that is what matters most to her.
