This census survey is an effort to estimate the number of anipals on the Internet. The census was created by the Editor in Chief Cokie the Cat of the Anipal Times an online news magazine for the online animal community. For conferences and other events they are sometimes able to produce a print copy.
The census includes basic demographic questions to get an idea of who we are as a community, but you don’t need to answer every question to submit the survey. The survey should not even take 5 minutes to fill out.
For those not familiar with the term, an ‘anipal‘ is basically an animal with an online presence. Are you a dog, cat, bird, guinea pig, teddy bear… and do you have a blog, Facebook page or Twitter account? Congratulations! You’re an anipal!
The information gathered will be used by several different groups in an effort to bring the community more programs, more fun, and more opportunities.
