Back Stage at Isaac Mizrahi Fashion Show |
When asked where the dogs came from Mr. Mizrahi said the dogs were borrowed from friends or were rescue animals. I couldn’t find out if the dogs who were up for adoption were pointed out in some way in hopes that someone in the audience would want a new family member. Nor was I able to find out which of the dogs were rescues.
Dog on the Mulberry Runway |
Hopefully this will not mean a run on doggy dye in this country like we have seen in China in the past few years.

Excellent and thought-provoking information, Felissa!
Hmmm…think I prefer my dogs the way they are. Don't like these gimmicks, especially as the animals can't speak for themselves and say no!
Ooh la la – those are certainly some fancy pups! We prefer to go au naturale at Banjo and Millie… The video is definitely thought-provoking. I can't say that I agree that I want to make Millie more “unique, eye-catching, or popular.” She's perfect the way she is!
On another note, Banjo & Millie wanted to share with you the Stylish Blogger Award. We enjoy reading your blog! xoxo, Banjo & Millie
