My Review:
quite a few months ago I won a product from Tropical Traditions from another Blog. I loved the product and was so excited when I was finally able to qualify to do a company sponsored review & giveaway on my blog.
I have actually had this product for review for some time but my first try using it ended not so well and it took me a while to try again. Here’s what happened on my first attempt.
The day I decided to put it to the ultimate test (my dad working out in the yard in his old already stained clothes). I figured I would try the amount the bottle says for a regular lad of laundry to that there wouldn’t be any color disasters with the rest of the things in the wash which were quite as dirty and old as his clothes. I didn’t even think about it at the time but the regular setting on my washing machine has eaten things before and so I don’t use it but like I said it is not something I even think about anymore I just use a different setting and everything has been fine since. I didn’t happen to turn on the washing machine and so it got put on the regular wash setting which for whatever reason is really rough. Well between the rough agitation and the fact that the bleach literally ate through the material of my dad’s shirt you can see how I might be scared to try it again. But I did realize his shirt was really old and worn thin and the fact that the washing machine was set to the dangerous setting I wanted to give this product a second try especially since everything else that was washed with his clothes came out nice and clean and not gray from the dirt of his clothing. His clothes were super old to begin with and even with a few extra holes in the shirt my dad is still using it for when he mow the grass and uses the weed eater since he gets covered in grass stains from head to foot. He will just not be using this product to clean his outside work clothes. I don’t recommend you use it on old clothing either I don’t know if it was the combination of the Bleach and the aggressive machine or one or the other but I would rather you all be on the safe side. I did take before pictures of his clothes but never took the after picture because I wasn’t sure what I was going to do about this review. In fact I had begun to write to the company to tell them about it when I realized what happened with the laundry machine and felt like I should give it one more try.
Second Try It took me some time before I worked up the courage to try it again. I had the perfect load of laundry an entire load of dog owlets, blankets, and exercise clothing. I held my breath put in two scoops of Tropical Traditions Oxygen Bleach in with my normal detergent and waited. Everything came out in perfect condition and very clean! Set in stains on the dogs blankets and towels came out and my clothes were whiter and the colors brighter. Since then I have used the Oxygen Bleach in two more loads of my mixed color laundry. I also had some shirts that had not dried properly and smelled really gross. I tossed them in the wash using the Oxygen Bleach and they came out smelling clean and fresh.
I would not hesitate to use this product in my laundry from now on. The next project I want to tackle is to see how well it works on the carpet stains left by Indiana. I think this would be a great product to use to clean in home kennels where the dogs are healthy and just make messes. I wouldn’t use this product in animal environments where there could be sick animals as a bleach with chlorine is needed to kill the germs and diseases that could be found there.

It's summertime, so the recipes for hot humid days looked awfully good. The Coconutty Chicken Salad looked awesome, but the Iced Coconut Mocha Cappuccino won my vote. Man, that sounds good. Brewing coffee, now. I'll freeze it and we'll have a nice dessert this evening. Thanks for a shot at this! I would LOVE to try these products, and could use some help with my white uniforms and lab coats. Thanks!!
