Garlicky Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Warm, gooey spinach and artichoke dip with melted cheese is an appetizer that ranks highly on everyone’s list of comfort foods. This recipe is easy to mix together, and goes from ingredients to hot and ready to eat in under and hour. Serve this at your next social gathering and watch it disappear! This is our favorite Artichoke Dip Recipe because it doesn’t have any onions which means that if you dog accidentally gets their paws on this they will not get sick. Ok if they ate an entire batch their stomach would certainly not be feeling well at all but a bite or two would not be a problem. We also love this Garlicky Spinach and Artichoke Dip because it is so easy to make. In under ten minutes you are prepped and ready to place it in the oven!.

You will need the following Ingredients in order to make your own Easy Spinach and Artichoke Dip:

2 cups frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
2 cups canned artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup cream cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (plus more for topping)
salt and pepper as needed

Method:
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well to fully combine.
Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray, then pour the spinach and artichoke mixture into the dish. Spread evenly in the baking dish, then top with additional shredded mozzarella as desired.
Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is warm throughout.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables, bread, or other dipping items.

  1. My wife and i were relieved that Raymond could complete his researching through the ideas he had while using the web pages. It’s not at all simplistic to just always be freely giving helpful hints which usually many others could have been selling.
