Welcome to the semi-annual Fashionista Events, ALL FASHION, ONLY FASHION, Giveaway Event. This is the Largest Fashion giveaway event on the internet, with 115+ blogs offering over $20,000 in prizes, hosted by Still Blonde after all these YEARS and Modly Chic, with co-host K Squared Glamour.

The Chengdu Pambassador Program is looking for panda-lovers who are keen to support panda conservation by becoming the new Chengdu Pambassadors, or Panda Ambassadors. Earlier this month, the Chengdu Panda Base launched PandaQuest, a competition starting on Facebook and continuing through to on-the-ground events around the world and in Chengdu to create awareness about panda conservation and the Chengdu Panda Base’s goal to return pandas to the wild. The Semi-Finalists have been announced from each region around the world and they are getting ready to compete October 15th – 17th to see who will go on to become a Finalist and potentially one of the three Chengdu Pambassadors. The official Pambassadors will have the unique opportunity to tour the world over five to six months to help spread the word about Panda Conservation efforts. The cities around the world that the #pambassadors will be visiting all have Pandas that were born in the Chengdu captive breeding program with the aim of diversifying the gene pool and bringing Pandas back from the brink of extinction.
Some Panda Facts
Did you know that by the end of 2011 there were only 1,590 Giant Pandas in the Wild and 333 in captivity?
Chengdu (China) Panda Base’s goal is to return Pandas to the wild.
A female adult Panda can begin to have babies at 5 years old. They generally have 1 or 2 babies at a time.
Pandas are pregnant between 80 and 100 days.
An adult giant panda in the wild generally spends about 16 hours searching for and eating bamboo. A captive bred giant panda usually spends about 8-10 hours eating bamboo, and the remaining time is used for sleeping and playing.
Giant Pandas will choose different kinds of bamboos and different parts of the bamboo depending on the season
The giant panda is believed to be about 8 million years old one of the oldest existing species. Sometimes scientists refer to it as “the living fossil”
Giant Pandas eat a lot of bamboo and enjoy sweet fruits but they will occasionally eat meat.
In order to help spread the word far and wide about panda conservation the Chengdu Pambassador program has offered to Giveaway a family pack of Pambassador t-shirts. Depending on the size t-shirts you would like that will be between 4 and 6 t-shirts so your entire family can show off their love of Panda’s.

I love Pandas! They are so cute how they move and interact. Our Zoo took 2 yearsto have a pregnant Panda and the baby died 2 weeks ago. This was the mamas 2nd loss. I think it would be nice to watch the all day & learn more about them.
I have seen one at the washington zoo. They are adorable.
I saw a red panda at the zoo in Sacramento… my son absolutely loved it.
It’s a shame that pandas have such a hard time breeding in captivity – conservation programs really need tons of resources! I’ve never actually seen a Giant Panda.
We have them at our local zoo They are adorable.
i have seen pandas in zoos and would love to know what animal group they would be considered part of?
I saw two Pandas at the Memphis zoo. No Zoo can actually own a panda All the Pandas in the world are owned by China, but they loan them to zoos around the world.
Pandas love to eat bamboo. They are endangered. They are the cutest thing. I have seen them in person at the San Diego Zoo. They were my favorite part of the zoo. I love pandas and always have.

I saw them at the National Zoo. I don’t know much about them but know they are endangered and when born are very tiny.
I don’t know very much about them but I do know that they tend to neglect their babies and there have been many instances where the mothers have killed their young. Also, most of the time you will not see pandas together in zoos because they are very violent. So sad to know considering they are so cute and look so cuddly.
I know that they ave very rare and hard to breed. I’ve never seen one in person, but would love to.
I don’t know too much about Panda’s but they are absolutely my bestie’s fave animal in the world, she collects them, watches them, and reads about them
No I have never seen one in person but I would like to.
We were living in DC a few years ago when a baby was born..the National Zoo had a massive display and had built a huge area for them, it was phenomenal… We went back and saw the baby a few months later when it was first on display, my kids made me wait over 2 hours in line to do it, but they were so excited, even the teenagers, that it was well worth it 🙂
Pandas are so cute! I never knew they spent so much time eating.
I love pandas, they are so cute, unfortunately I have never seen one though 🙁 I think it’s amazing that they eat only bamboo, and so much of it! I read that pandas must eat up to 84 lbs of bamboo a day because it has such a low nutrient content. That must be a lot of work, haha!
