Several months ago we told you about The Disney Channel’s up and coming dog show Dog with a Blog but weren’t exactly sure when it would air. It is not confirmed it will be a part of their Fall Line Up. It has also been confirmed that the star of the show is a rescue dog. The live-action, multi-camera series called “Dog With A Blog” revolves around a dog named Stan (who is a 4-year-old rescue named Kuma).
In real life, Kuma is a husky, golden retriever and border collie mix who was rescued from a shelter. In the show, he is adopted to tame a pair of feuding stepbrothers. Turns out Stan can read, write and blog. We in the Pet Blogging Community already knew that dogs can read, write and, blog for themselves as well as have their own twitter and Facebook accounts but apparently the rest of the world hasn’t caught on to that fact. So I guess this Disney Show will be educational for some people to that fact as well. Anyone know how we become Blogging friends with Stan over at Dog with a Blog? Maybe we can get him to join the Pet Bloggers Blog Hop!

This show will be out this fall and it’s about a stepbrother played by Blake Michael (from Lemonade Mouth) and stepsister played by G Hannelius. I saw Blake interviewed on a red carpet on You Tube a few days ago and that’s what he said.
