Pom-Mix Alegedly Pushed Out the Window By Police During Drug Raid

During the course of a drug raid by police on an apartment where the children were inside somehow the tiny Pomeranian Mix was pushed out the window allegedly by the police themselves. The protective pup jumped on a bed and began barking at the Police who had raided the home — only to wind up four feet across the apartment and out the window through the bars of a window guard. In the chaos of the raid with children crying and a full search of the apartment taking place it was a detective who brought the dog back inside.

How Chuwie made it through the child safety window guards is a mystery but what the family does know is that he injured his leg in the fall and would not eat for days after finding himself falling 3 stories to the grass below. He was very shaken and in a panic when the Detective brought him back inside. He now will not jump of the couch or bed on his own.

There were arrests made for drug possession that day but the cases were later dismissed. The police did have a warrant and a target that they had been investigating. The target was a family member who has had trouble with the law but had left the apartment several weeks earlier.
