Early one morning on his way to work Paul Wu pulled his car out of his garage and noticed a dog standing in front dog his house. He tried to make the dog go away back to wherever it came from but it just looked up at him with big Cavalier eyes. That is when Mr. Wu decided to take a closer look. The Black and Tan Cavalier was wearing a container around its neck with a heartbreaking note inside
It said “Please take care of Mr. B and find him a new home. He is a King Charles Spaniel, 6 years old. My parents got divorced, and Mr. B was supposed to go to the pound. I think he has a better chance with you. This is my birthday money.” There was more to the note explaining how Mr. B loves children and that he will be missed by what seems to be a child.
When Mr. Wu finally made it to his office that morning he began telling Mr. B’s story. Before long one of his coworkers Robert Kuchcinski a father of three heard the story and asked if he could take Mr. B home to his family. Mr. B. has been taken to the vet and is a happy and healthy dog adjusting to his new family. Mr. Wu along with the Kuchcinski family want to tell whoever left Mr. B on the doorstep that he has a new family with children to play with.

Awwww…happy ending and good that at least the child in that first family had a heart and was responsible, giving this doggie a second chance…
Sad about the divorce. I bet the child was devastated. Sounds like it was a smart kid, though! Mr. Wu found the pup a home right away. I hope it all works out.
break my heart!
What an awesome kid to de what their parents were smart enough to do: find someone to help Mr.B. Kudos to you kid! And paws up to Mr.Wu and Mr.B’s new family!
*weren’t smart enough* Geeze, thanks a heap auto-correct.
It never ceases to amaze me. Children have such good hearts and truly understand more than we give them credit for sometimes. What a sweet story and a happy ending for Mr. B.

Feel so sad for the child but glad Mr. B is in a good home.
Such a story! I saw this on Huffington Post yesterday and ended up blogging about it. The note definitely made me cry!
That was so sad. I was in tears especially at reading the note. Im glad Mr B has a new home and hope the kid knows it.
