Baltimore Raven’s Football Players Join Campaign Against Animal Abuse

Baltimore Raven’s football players who have family pets are joining forces with the mayor’s anti-animal abuse campaign after an alarming spree of teenagers and younger children arrested on animal abuse charges. The city of Baltimore has come together to say enough is enough children need to learn that it is not ok to hurt animals for any reason. By involving football players in their campaign they are hoping to appeal to children and teens by showing that abusing animals is something only a punk would do and is not cool at all. The Mayor’s council is hoping that through education and outreach that they can stop this problem from becoming even worse then it already is. They want to hold abusers accountable while at the same time bringing the number of animal abuser down completely.

Children learn abuse someplace. This is a symptom of bigger problems. Children who are treated with kindness will usually grow up to be a kind person. The corolarry is also true.
