| Indiana eating a Greenies chew bone. |
February is National Pet Dental Health Month. In celebration of the month, The GREENIES® Brand would like to invite you to help us fund vital veterinary dental services to needy pets via the American Animal Hospital Association’s (AAHA) Helping Pets Fund. It requires no financial contribution from you. All we ask is that during February you help us spread the word about important pet oral care information pet owners should recognize.
The VOHC Seal of Acceptance is an essential way for pet owners to discern how to shop for their pets and provide them with the best in at-home dental care products.
The Campaign.
The GREENIES® Brand is partnering AAHA to support their Helping Pets Fund, a charitable organization that provides financial support for sick or injured pets that are in need veterinary care. This fund makes a wide range of veterinary services available for pets whose owners have either abandoned them or do not have the financial means to pay for treatment options.
GREENIES’® donations will help to provide life-saving oral surgeries for dogs and cats in need.
So how can you help? Just spread the word!
| Davinia more interested in wearing the bow from the top of the box |
We had previously received a Box of Greenies. The box was sent to one of our Reviewers because I know Davinia isn’t a fan so I decided that instead of trying to find two different treats for the girls that we should send it to a dog who likes them. The box of Greenies happened to arrive while we were visiting our reviewer so the girls did partake. Davinia wasn’t all the interested she did lick the chew bone but didn’t seem all that interested in the flavor (which I knew from years ago). Apparently Indiana is a fan and tried to eat an entire Greenie meant for a dog 4 times her size so I had to take it away after she managed to eat over half the bone as I didn’t want her to get an upset tummy.
