About Bentley’s Bones:
Bentley’s Bones came to be after Janet adopted her first Labrador Bentley. She couldn’t find things that seemed to match his personality so she started to make them myself. Seeing that she couldn’t find things that she liked she realized that others must be having the same issue and decided to start marketing her products. Thus became Bentley’s Bones.
About Me & My little Helpers:
Janet: I am originally from a small town in central Maine where I spent my childhood running around town with my best friend Nyla, falling through the ice in frozen culverts in the winter and spending summers wadding in the brook behind my house catching frogs. Since childhood I have always had a love for animals as well as making things, so in adulthood I decided to put both together and see what would happen!
Bentley: Well, I don’t know too much about Bentley’s puppy-hood as I adopted him January 7, 2006. He was assumed to be about 3 years old. He is an absolute delight and makes me smile and laugh every single day. He has become my alarm clock, and promptly wakes me with a snort and wet nose every morning at 7am. He loves everyone and is a sweetheart through and through. His favorite toys are any ones that squeak and the louder they are the better! Bentley insists that he taste tests all the treats and is the “quality control” of Bentley’s Bones.
Moose: Moose is the newest member of our family. He was adopted from the Las Vegas Labrador Rescue in September 2007. Moose was rescued from a very sad situation where he was not being cared for. The sheriff that saved him then contacted LVLR about find a home for this big boy so that he would not have to experience life in a shelter. Lisa, LVLR’s director contacted us knowing that we had been looking for a buddy for Bentley with his photo and well the rest is history! Welcome Home Moose!
The Review:
Now that Spring is here I know that you will be going on longer walks with your best friend to shake off the winter blues and to help the two of you build up your stamina for summer outings after a winter of staying indoor. In most places it is either the law or common courtesy to pick up after your dog especially i public places. If you are like me that means plastic baggies shoved in the pockets of every pair of shorts and pants you own which can be a little embarrassing when you are out at a store and you pull a handful of baggies out of your pocket because you realize you have this giant bulge poking you. Trust me I have been there and done that. In NY I would use Target shopping bags because they were a stronger plastic and there were garbage pails all around the dog walking area. In Hong Kong we had to pick up by law (technically if they went pee pee on the street we were supposed to walk around with a bottle of water to clean it away) but there most stores that gave bags used really nice reusable totes so I started using sandwich bags because they were cheap enough and I could just zip them closed before tossing them away. Both methods worked but I still had bags coming out of every pocket. I wish I had thought of finding a leash bag back then.
Anyway back to the bag itself. This bag is perfect for a walk around your block or a car trip to visit grandma and grandpa or if you and your dogs are the really adventurous type this is a perfect solution for going out hiking. I know nothing is less comfortable then your back pocket getting all hot and sweaty from dog bags stuffed in there. You can clip this bag to your dogs leash or to your belt loop and off you go. With so many fun colors and prints to choose from you are sure to find one that fits your personality or at least that complements your current leash. You could even put a little baggie of treats in there to reward your dog with as you walk around.
Carry your pick up bags in style! This is a doggie Leash Bag made to clip on to a leash, your belt loop or where ever you would like to carry your plastic pick up bags for you while walking your Pup. No more buying those little refill bag rolls, simply grab a few of your old plastic shopping bags and stuff them inside for future use on your walks. Each Leash Bag will hold 5 to 6 plastic bags, and is made from cotton fabric and a plastic clip hook.
By the way do you see those amazing fleece dog balls that come in every size. Too bad that Indiana doesn’t like fleece balls or at least not the one she had and Davinia doesn’t play with toys or I would totally have to get them a few of these fun balls in all sizes.

Felissa, thank you so much for the quick reply. This morning, things seem to have settled down considerably. I read up online, and it is reccommended not to dump the whole vial in one spot, but to disperse the contents along the back, in 3 – 4 places. Still, poison is poison, and one wonders about the long-term effects. No wonder 1 in 4 dogs die of Cancer.
I love the Turquoise S'mores fleese ball. My Daphne would just adore it. Wonderful etsy shop, devoted to my hairiest family member.

I checked out the Site, and if I were to give one to my friend, I would give her the item: Fleece Dog Ball-small- Nepolitan, i would choose that because I know her dog loves to play with toys, my friend would always take kendall (her dog) out for a walk and I just thought that would be a nice doggy gift.
