Senior Dogs Multi-Vitamins Put a Bounce In Their Step
All dogs need to eat a well balance diet low in treats and high in a well balanced dog food. But sometimes dogs need multi-vitamins to ensure that they are getting all of the good stuff that they need. The good stuff that fuels their body inside and out.

Senior Dogs and Multi-Vitamins
From the very first morning that the girls had their Nutri-Vet Multi-Vite Chewables they thought they were treats. Davinia chewed hers while Indiana swallowed it whole and they both looked around for seconds. On the second morning the same thing happened. Davinia chewed hers right up and Indiana swallowed hers. They both came back looking for seconds.I opted to give them the multi-vite followed by a small treat so they thought they were getting more.
The first day I thought I might have to cut back on their dose because Davinia was overly active. I decided to see what happened day two and she was back to her normal self. More active for a puppy or young dog is great more active for a senior dog that needs to not be as active — not so much. Indiana was her normal silly self. It did take a bit to settle down for the night the first night but it might have been because I was watching them to see how things were going. They did sleep the entire night with no one waking up either to go potty or trying to switch places on the bed.
Our Vitamin Routine
As the days went along it became a routine. We got out of bed, went for a visit to the yard, and as soon as we came back in it was their Nutri-Vet Multi-Vite followed by a small treat. If we didn’t immediately go into the kitchen after visiting the yard Davinia and Indiana would let me know by staying in the kitchen and staring up at the counter. Patiently or not so patiently waiting.
3>Multi-Vitamins equals Smiles All Around
When I applied to work on this campaign I had no idea that we would be moving before our Blog Post was due. It was actually a benefit to have Davinia and Indiana on a multi-vitamin. It worked out that they were on Nutri-Vet for a few weeks before we moved. That way they were ready for a tiny bit of added stress to their lives. I tried to keep everything as normal as possible for them leading up to the move but was happy they were on a Multi-Vitamin to give them the extra little boost.
Nutri-Vet offers a wide range of unique, veterinary formulated animal supplements and complementary external products that promote health and well-‐being in dogs and cats. Sophisticated formulas combined with innovative delivery systems and high palatability profiles have positioned Nutri-Vet as the leading provider of natural animal products in North America. Nutri-Vet Multi-Vite Chewables provide a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals that complements a dog’s normal diet.
The fact that the bottle comes with 120 chew-able tablets means it is great for a multi dog home. Indiana is not picky about her treats but Davinia is so the fact that she still waits in the kitchen every morning for her Multi-Vitamin is important to me. I think that when we place our refill order I am going to opt for the Senior-Vite Chewables because Davinia and Indiana are both Seniors.
