There are more than 225 million cases of Malaria reported each year worldwide. This life-threatening disease is caused by parasites that are transmitted to people through bites of infected mosquitoes, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. ING Activewear created MOSKEETO ARMOR™, a fabric that is mosquito repellent and certified for up to 50 washes! ING Activewear and Touch the World have teamed up with fashion designers Guy Wood of 5001 FLAVORS, Lawrence Pizzi, and D. Barak Stribling to launch this product internationally through the Code Purple Event. This life changing technology has initiated an international campaign against Malaria and is centered on MOSKEETO ARMOR™. MOSKEETO ARMOR™ holds the potential to save millions of lives across the world. Thanks to Touch The World (TTW), ING Activewear has been able to help distribute the MOSKEETO ARMOR™ to those in need in Africa.

Now for the fun stuff!!!
Swatch, the Mood Fabrics dog who walked his way into our hearts when seen on the popular television show, Project Runway, is a huge supporter of Code Purple and wants to help fight against malaria in Africa. Swatch will be attending the big fundraiser event in NYC, the Code Purple Event, to help raise awareness and funds for this program and he is looking for a date to show off on his paw! Cheer him up and get ACTIVATED by spreading the word about CODE PURPLE and help to find Swatch a date to the Code Purple Event.
Just for fun we are putting Indiana out there as a possible date for Swatch. It is also why it seems like there are two of the same entry on the Rafflecopter. One is for the event and the other is to tell swatch he should take Indiana. If you live in NYC or close enough that you can be there for the event and your dog is friendly around LARGE noisy crowds tell Swatch you want to be chosen. Tweet @codepurpleevent with the hastag #datemoodsswatch and post on the Code Purple Facebook Wall
Enter the Giveaway! The swag bags include a Mood Fabrics tote bag and Code Purple t-shirt
