Meet Nancy the Sheep Herding Chihuahua
Nancy the Chihuahua – who weighs just over 2.5lb – visits a farm in Guildford, Surrey to show off her talents of rounding up the animals, which were only discovered after the canine was rescued and taken in by Battersea Dog’s Home. She was then adopted by a woman who trains Border Collies. Once day when they were at an event training, Nancy’s owner decided to see if she would be interested in herding the sheep since she would sit there watching the other dogs while they were herding. Apparently little Nancy picked up idea quickly and is now the tiniest sheep herder in the UK.
I love this story! Nancy proves that size doesn’t matter! You rule Nancy! (and I love that she is a rescue!)
Love this–thanks for sharing!
Too funny!

Nancy is the bomb and she does such a great job. I love to watch her little body herd the sheep. She knows exactly what she is doing.
Cool story.
