Awww, raccoons wash their food in the wild and he's trying to do that with the running water in the tub. His mommy should give him something to hold while he's doing that.
What a smart baby he is then trying to wash his food even if he doesn't have any and was supposed to be taking a bath. To me it looked like he was trying to keep the water in one spot.
