You can adopt two felines for the price of one May 1 through September at the Broward County Animal Care.
Broward, Florida residents will be able to adopt two cats — or kittens — for the single adoption fee of $74.95.
The adoption fee includes a health exam, vaccinations, feline leukemia/AIDS test and spaying or neutering. Each cat will also receive a Broward County pet license. There is a 14-day return policy on all adopted pets.
To take advantage of the special rate, visit the Broward County Animal Care and Adoption Center near the Fort Lauderdale airport at 1870 SW 39th St., Fort Lauderdale. Adoption hours are Tuesday through Friday, 1 to 6 p.m., and weekends from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. I don’t know if this special deal for a pair of cats / kittens would apply to Dade and Palm Beach Residents as well.
Cats and kittens are also available for adoption at the special rate at all Pet Supermarket stores in Broward County.
