I have been loosing weight and inches pretty steadily for the last few months and just wanted to share how I am doing it. I am not starving myself or drinking gross shakes or prepackaged food. I am drinking a shake that on its own tastes like cake mix even when you mix it with water which is what I did during BarkWorld though I don’t recommend because it isn’t as filling when you want it as a breakfast or lunch. It is a great snack for before or after physical activity to help rebuild muscles or for your kids instead of something that will make them crash before the game is over. When you make it for a meal you want to feel satisfied and happy after drinking it so I use light silk and most of the time I mix in some kind of fruit. Here are two of my favorite recipes.
Blueberry Shake!
2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix
1 cup light Vanilla Silk
1/2 cups of blueberries
about a cup of ice
Blend and serve cold
Total Calories: 210 18 grams of protein, 23 vitamins and minerals, digestive enzymes, pre-biotics, and all the antioxidants from the blueberries. Only 172mg of Sodium!
